Why does accreditation matter?

Trust is everything in business, and many consumers today generally use some sort of verification before choosing to buy (online ratings, BBB accreditation, business longevity, etc.). The Accreditations offered by ServeBC show are designed to show that your company stands above the rest through a rigorous verification and accountability process.

What initial improvements will my business see?

Depending on the program you choose, initial improvements could be anything from a boost in customer satisfaction (some clients have seen as much as a 10% boost within 6 months) to a reduction in hiring costs (saving one staff member from leaving saves you up to 2.5X that staffers annual salary). How long does accreditation usually take?
The time it takes will vary from one business to the next, and it depends heavily on things like business size, intentionality of ownership, and a commitment to consistency.
