It's a BLAST to SERVE™ Customer Service Training

To ensure that every engagement is a Kingdom-Class experience for all parties, this certification program equips personnel with the fundamental customer interaction and de-escalation skills they need to use on a daily basis. The amount of time needed for training depends on how many staff members will interact with customers. At least one senior management level participant is required at every session. Following training, certification will remain in effect for a year.
