This accreditation is not meant to replace an existing HR department. The Executive Class Employer program is designed specifically with HR departments in mind, and is meant to make their jobs easier by taking care of the day-to-day issues that cause disgruntled employees to have to go to HR in the first place. This allows your HR team to focus on the big things like harassment training and certifications rather than dealing with the minutiae.
