As a continuation of the Background Leadership 101™ class, this program takes leaders all the way from the basics of servant leadership to the ability to plan for the worst before it happens. The final Capstone project will prove to yourself and others that you truly know not only the ins and outs of your day to day operations, but can interact with your employees in a way that will keep them loyal to your business for years.
