    Frequently Asked Questions

What does "World Class" mean in practice?

"World Class" is a phrase that has many different definitions. This Accreditation is meant to standardize that phrase so that when you tell people that you offer "World Class Customer Service", they can know exactly what that entails.

What happens once my business is accredited?

Once your business achieves the required standards for three consecutive months, you will earn the right to call yourself a World Class Customer Experience business. You'll receive special materials, including the seal above, that you can include in all of your business marketing as well as inclusion on the Colorado Springs World Class Business listing.

How do you score customer satisfaction?

We use a two-step approach to gathering feedback. The first, and most important piece is the in-house survey that we set up within your business. Feedback from that is averaged with your online reviews, and the combination of the two is what provides the Aggregate Score that we use to accredit your business. The second part is through a form of mystery shopping where we observe customer interactions (live and/or recorded) and score those based on the SERVE Method™.

What kind of financial return can I expect with this accreditation?

Satisfied customers tell their friends and family which means that they become your marketing force. ServeBC tracks this as one of our key metrics through the use of Net Promoter Score. A two point increase in that score represents a 15% increase in word-of-mouth business. We've helped customers reduce their marketing budget's by as much as $15K a year...simply my measuring and focusing on how customers spread the word about your business!

What happens if I get a negative review or survey response?

We're here with you for the long haul. Get a BBB complaint? Find a one-star review on Google? ServeBC is here to walk you through the handling of that customer so that it still ends with a World Class experience for all involved.

Do I have to pay for a new training every time I hire someone?

No! The cost of training a new hire is built into the monthly cost. We work with you and your New Employee Orientation schedule to make sure that the new person is completely trained in the SERVE Method™. You tell us when they start, and we'll handle the rest!

Is the initial training a one-and-done thing?

The key to excellence is consistent improvement. This Accreditation includes an annual recertification in the SERVE Method™ that is specifically tailored to your business and the challenges your front-end employees come across.
