We incorporate role-playing and real life scenarios that are relevant to your business, and the best way to do that is to provide this in the environment that your employees will be handling those situations in on a daily basis.
Absolutely! We want to make this as simple and non-disruptive for your team as possible. If we need to do two trainings in one day, or offer 2 different days for training, we're happy to accommodate you!
We don't just leave you hanging after we train your staff. We have multiple check in points up to a year after your training is complete to make sure that you're seeing the results you expected!
