How long is the training?
Depending on the size of your team, the training is usually between 2-4 hours.
Do you train on-site?

Yes! This training is designed to be done exclusively on-site at your business. We incorporate role-playing and real life scenarios that are relevant to your business, and the best way to do that is to provide this in the environment that your employees will be handling those situations in on a daily basis.

Can the training be split across shifts?

Absolutely! We want to make this as simple and non-disruptive for your team as possible. If we need to do two trainings in one day, or offer 2 different days for training, we're happy to accommodate you!

What follow up do you provide?

We don't just leave you hanging after we train your staff. We have the option of multiple check in points after your training is complete to make sure that you're seeing the results you expected!
